Returns Policy:
If EasyHanger does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us by post within 30 days of receiving it with a copy of the invoice. You will be refunded the cost of the items, but not the postage costs.

EasyHanger is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please return it along with proof of purchase. Please indicate if you would like the product(s) replaced or refunded.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
