How can I become a reseller?

Do you have an affiliate scheme?
Not yet. We are currently making updates to our website which will allow us to launch our affiliate scheme in the next quarter.

Is EasyHanger really faster and easier to use than regular hangers?
Our tests indicate that EasyHanger is over 3 times faster to use than regular hangers. It is also significantly easier to use than regular hangers, especially with small necked items such as t-shirts, pullovers, dresses, buttoned shirts, etc.

How much weight can EasyHanger carry?
EasyHanger FCH401 is guaranteed to carry 2KGS(4.4 lbs). EasyHanger FCH401H is guaranteed to carry 5KGS(11 lbs), but can carry up to 10KGS (22 lbs).

How durable is EasyHanger?
EasyHanger is built using quality materials and precision engineering. It has been tested for thousands of uses and has proven to be very durable. EasyHanger will last you years under normal circumstances.

Is there only one version of EasyHanger?
We currently have 2 versions (FCH401 and FCH401H). Additional models are currently being worked on and are due for launch in the next 12 months.

What is the difference between the two versions of EasyHanger?
The two versions of EasyHanger look the same on the outside, but have different internal components. The different versions are clearly marked on the boxes upon delivery.

How much does EasyHanger weigh?
EasyHanger weighs about 80 grams.

How will I know how to use EasyHanger?
EasyHanger comes packaged with illustrated instructions. However, you don't need this to use EasyHanger. Take a look at our animated demo to see how easy it is to use.

Can I hang trousers on EasyHanger?
No. A version of EasyHanger that allows trousers to be hung is being designed and will be available soon.

Is there a warranty on EasyHanger?
EasyHanger has a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please return faulty item with proof of purchase and we will replace or refund based on your choice. If you have purchased EasyHanger from one of our resellers, please contact them.

Do you offer money back guarantee?
We are confident that you will be happy with EasyHanger and the benefits that it offers. If you are not happy with EasyHanger for any reason, please return with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
